Ah hun its difficult when you feel like that. I try and work out what I really want to eat and think if can make it swfruendly ie I an having Mac n cheese tonight. If its chocolate think of a low syn one to have etc. Also how long have ypu been doing sw? If its a while try and think how far you have come. Last time I felt bad I put 3 pairs of knickers out in my bedroom the ones that were too big the ones I was I and the ones I wanted to be in. Sounds barmy but really good visual exercise. Good luck

Aww thanks :) I've been doing SW about 8/9 weeks! Going to go to the gym to see if that helps lift my mood! So difficult :-( great to have this for encouragement!
