    hello peeps,
    quick refeed question...
The refeed sheets say on days 4-7 fruit or low fat dessert, or yogurt (low fat)
What exactly does it mean by 'dessert'

People who have already refed or are currently refeeding, did/do you have puddings, and if so what did/do you have??

Do you think i could have a weight watchers creamed rice dessert? -
Caramel creamed rice - 114kcal 0.4g sat fat
Vanilla creamed rice - 112kcal, 0.4g sat fat

Yeah I'd say those desserts would be ok, but I'm no expert!

Hmm i'd be inclined to leave the things like muller rice and stuff untill after refeed.

If i ever had a desert it was always an apple with lf fruit flavoured yog poured over the top.

you could always email LT though and ask them to clarify what they mean by desert and if you are allowed the muller rices etc
