agh..so im a nanny 3 days a week (don't usually work Thursday) ..they always have so much goodies in :-( I wasnt even there for 5 minutes and I ate this (gorgeous) triple chocolate brownie cookie. ...gah!

then i got super chocolate munchies :'( let myself down today but have resolved to count everything and move on.

1 breadstick 1syn
1 mullerlight greek yogurt 1/2 syn
ketchup 2 syns
chocolate options with milk 4 syns
double chocolate brownie cookie.. 13 syns?
club chocolate bar.. 6 syns
4 tablespoons of nutella.. sob. 16 syns.

42 1/2 syns.

awful.

will have 5 or less syns untill Monday to account. x

Hey glad your feeling better today. Re chocolate munchies at least you know you can pull it back by having less syns. Chocolate is my weakness and once I've had a bit I just can't stop. You've done really well counting it all and listing it all (sometimes I can't even do that) xx
 
it could have been alot worse for sure, I can easily eat a packet of chocolate biscuits in one sitting and more!! will stock up on hot chocolate on food shop tonight to avoid anymore trouble. work will be the biggest issue I have as its all just there. .calling me!! im worried ive scuppered a good loss this week :( I feel like im eating sooo much carbs and stuff.

isnt it funny how I can still doubt the plan despite my previous success!

You seem to have a sweet tooth have you thought about making some Sw friendly cakes or brownies that you can turn too ??
I love the Sw ferrero Rochers and there are some good recipes out there just to give you something to turn too I always keep rocky road hifi bars in my bag as there lovely & chocolatey and only 3 syns xx

yogurt and fruit for snacks

then a sw pork roast, 1syn gravy.


my periods come and ive got such a sore throat I feel so horrible! !

I made chill to freeze and all my meals are planned for the week. im really not looking forward to weigh in. but it needs to be done. I really want this weight off.


syns- are the shape vanilla with choc sprinkles free? and morrisons NUME greek styke 0% fat yogurt free? x

2.5lbs off.. wasnt deserved but plessed and determined.

I lost a close family friend yesterday. She had complications from her weight that had bee. making her very ill for a long time.she leaves behind two young girls, her husband and a town full of people who ate devastated... I am determined to get the weight off now. ... the shock appears to have knocked my cravings.. and my appetite in general tp an extent, out of me.

onto a new week.
