Devon Dumpling's Food Diary - Bellisimo!

Thursday 11th April - lost 7lbs this week!!! Woohoo!!!

OK, so today:

Hex A - milk
Hex B - 1 x slice w/meal Warburtons and 1 x Alpen Light (using up one slice and one left in box!)

Breakfast:
Mushrooms and poached eggs on toast with Marmite

Lunch:
Hmmmm can't count this as lunch but had a slice of orange drizzle cake when caught up with friend earlier! Whoops!

Mid-afo:
Pickled onions.

Dinner:
Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with roasted med veg.

Tuesday 16th April - RED Day

Hex A - milk
Hex B -

Breakfast:
0% greek yogurt and tbsp honey (2.5 syns)

Lunch:

Dinner:
Spag Bol (I won't have spaghetti but broccoli, carrots and cauli)

Tuesday 16th July - RED day

Hex A - 250ml milk (for tea and coffee)
Hex B - none today

Breakfast - melon

Mid morning - banana

Lunch - carrot sticks, wafer thin ham, houmous (5 syns for 2 tbsp), gherkins, boiled eggs

Dinner - roasted med veg (red onion, courgette, red pepper and mushrooms), chicken breast and 50g Halloumi (8 syns). Frozen fruit - cherries, raspberries, blackberries.

Total syns for day = 13

Wow! Achieved a 100% day yesterday - anyone reading this will know that's quite an achievement!....

Wednesday 17th July - RED day

Hex A - S/S milk

Breakfast -

Melon and cherries

2 x small biscotti with coffee for meeting (4 syns?)

Lunch -

Boiled eggs, ham, carrot sticks and dip (5 syns), gherkins

Mid afo snack -

Banana, cherries

Dinner -

2 x Sesame Ryvita (Hex B) and Marmite, carrot sticks and dip (5 syns)

Total syns for day = 14

Another 100% day - 2/2!!

Thursday 18th July - RED day:

Hex A - S/S milk
Hex A - 35g Halloumi

Breakfast/Brunch:

2 x poached eggs, salmon, Hollandaise sauce and white muffin - going to call this 15 syns for the day, would need to syn the sauce and muffin only!

Mid afo snack - banana, cherries

Dinner: Chicken Caesar Salad - chicken breast, iceberg lettuce, boiled egg, cherry toms, radishes, gherkins, spring onions and Frylight Caesar Salad spray

Friday 19th - RED day

Breakfast: Banana

1 x boiled sweet (1 syn)
Milk in coffee (Hex A)

Lunch: Kiwi, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, pineapple, cucumber, carrots. Chicken salad sandwich - chicken breast, w/meal bread (Hex B), lettuce and tbsp salad cream (2.5 syns) and boiled egg.

Dinner: Prawns, lettuce, gherkins, radishes, pepperdew peppers, Caesar salad spray dressing

Rose wine (24 syns - whoops!)

Bag of Special K salt and vinegar crisps - 5 syns

Eek! 32.5 syns today! Just goes to show how syn-a-rific wine is! x

Saturday 20th July - RED day

Hex A - milk

Breakfast - cherries, pineapple and melon

Lunch - tuna and spring onions sandwich (Hex B), boiled eggs, l/f mayonnaise (2 syns)

Muller yogurt

Dinner: Mozzarella (Hex A), sundried tomatoes, Kettle crisps, houmous, carrot and celery sticks, handful of chips... glass of Rose (6 syns)

Biscuit with coffee (2 syns)

Lunch - boiled eggs, chicken and coleslaw (8 syns) sandwich. Cherry Lidl F/F yogurt.

Monday 22nd July - RED day (WI day - lost 4.5lbs)

Hex A - milk

Breakfast: Hex A Hifi Blackcurrant bar

Lunch: Ham, boiled egg, raspberries and yogurt

Mid afo snack: Hifi bar (Hex B) and silverskin pickled onions. Chicken breast slices.

Dinner: Wetherspoons - gammon steak, chips, eggs, peas, mushroom and glass of Rose wine.

Been a crazy week with the new addition to the family (Alfie, the Cockapoo) and the in-laws down for the week, but managed to lose 3lbs this week, so 7.5lbs in two weeks - very pleased Dumpling today! :) xx
 
Hola and a Happy New Year!

Am resurrecting this diary and officially starting back to SW on Monday with a new starting WI but have started to re-familiarise myself with everything this weekend! Have to be honest - feels good to be back!

I'm a RED day girl:

Breakfast - banana and clementine

Lunch - homemade tomato soup and 2 x slices Hex B bread

Milk - Hex A

Mid-afo - 2 x Aldi bar (Hex B), clementines

Tea - Roasted med veg (mushrooms, peppers, red onion, courgette, butternut squash), gammon steak and fried (Frylight) egg, E/L mayo (2 syns), jelly (1 syn) and F/F strawberry yogurt

All good here - like a stuffed turkey after christmas though! Haha xx you?? Xx

Back with a vengeance after losing my mojo for almost a year!! Lots of good and not so good stuff happened in 2013 and whilst no excuse everything went a little to the wall - no excuses though and whatever 2014 throws at us, am definitely getting to target!! xx

Banana, Aldi Cereal bar (Hex B)

Lunch - chicken, gherkins, cottage cheese, Babybel (Hex A), beetroot, pickled red cabbage

Mid afo - Aldi Cereal bar (Hex B), clementines

Dinner - pork medallions, cauli, green beans, carrots, BNS. Jelly and yogurt (1 syn)
