Day 87 - RED day:

Breakfast: 28g muesli (5 syns) with natural yogurt, strawberries and honey (2.5 syns), coffee (milk - Hex A)

Mid-morning: Banana, Alpen Light (Hex B) and apple

Lunch: Ryvita (Hex B) with egg and bacon mayo, E/L mayo (1.5 syns).

Mid-afternoon: Alpen Light

Dinner: Chicken breast with mushroom sauce and salad

Day 86 (24/06/10) RED day and WI tonight:

Breakfast: Strawberries, yogurt and honey (2.5 syns), coffee (milk - Hex A)

Mid-morning: Banana and Alpen Light (Hex B)

Lunch: Ham salad (2 syns)

Mid-afo: Alpen Light and apple and clementine

Post WI: Kelloggs Fibre Plus (Hex B)

Dinner: Homemade beef curry (3 syns for the curry paste) and brown rice (6 syns).

Mid-morning: Hifi (Hex B) and apple

Lunch: Ham, 3 x Babybel Lights (Hex A)

Mid-afternoon: Cherries, 2 x Ryvita (Hex B), Marmite and a Laughing Cow Light triangle (1.5 syns)

Dinner: Prawn stir-fry and chilli sauce (2 syns). Lemon cream and meringue (7.5 syns). Diet Coke.

Lunch: Ham, pickles, gherkins and beetroot. 2 x Ryvita (Hex B) with Marmite. 2 x Babybel Lights (Hex A + milk in coffee from this morning - don't normally split Hex's but can't stomach any more milk today!)

Kelloggs Fibre Plus (6 syns), 3 x slices corned beef (3.5 syns), Diet Coke and Diet Lemonade.

Dear Diary,

I have neglected you for the past few days...I'll be back updating you every day as of tomorrow - a crazy week at work hasn't left me much time for anything else - my eating has been fine though, other than a blip on Friday... xx
