Tuesday 8th June - RED day:

Breakfast: Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries with 0% greek yogurt and honey (2.5 syns)

Mid-morning: Banana

Lunch: Ryvita (Hex B) with bacon and egg mayo (2 syns), cherry tomatoes and carrot sticks

Mid-afo: Apple and clementine

Dinner: Chicken breast with mushroom sauce and roasted butternut squash and green beans. Hifi (Hex B).
 
Wednesday 9th June - RED day:

Breakfast: F/F fromage frais with blueberries and strawberries, honey (2.5 syns)

Banana
Coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: Salmon and Philapdelphia (6 syns) bagel (11.5 syns)

Hifi (Hex B)

Dinner: Rump steak with cherry tomatoes and lettuce and a mushroom and garlic syn free sauce.

It's exactly 100 days today (Thursday 10th June) until we go to Italy! I really want to get to target before we go, so here goes, 100 days at 100%...

Day 100:

Breakfast: F/F fromage frais with strawberries and honey (2.5 syns)

Mid-morning: Banana, coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: Tuna salad (2 syns)

Mid-afo: Apple and clementine

After weigh-in: Alpen Lights (Hex B)

Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with pesto (4 syns) and wrapped in bacon and served with salad, salad cream (1.5syns). Diet Coke.

Day 99 (11/06/10):

Breakfast: EasiYo yogurt (0.5 syns), blueberries and honey (2.5 syns), coffee (milk - Hex A)

Mid-morning: Alpen Light (Hex B) and apple

Lunch: Tuna salad (2 syns)

Mid-afo: Alpen Light and clementines

Dinner: Hifi (Hex B) and will have to wait and see what's in the fridge!
 
Days 98 and 97 we were in Manchester - did very well food wise!
 
Day 96 - RED day:

Breakfast: Boiled eggs with Ryvita (Hex B) and Marmite soldiers, banana and coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: Cottage cheese, pickled onions, beetroot, ham and 1 x slice corned beef (2 syns) and cherry tomatoes

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese (wholemeal spaghetti, boiled 100g - Hex B). 2 x vodka and slimline tonic (5 syns - shot glass measure (25ml) and weighed on scales to double-check!!)

Mid-morning: Banana, Alpen Light (3 syns)

Lunch: 2 x Ryvita (Hex B), ham, cucumber and cheese (Hex A)

Mid-afo: Apple, clementine and jelly (0.5 syns)

After WI: Hifi (Hex B), tea (Hex A)

Dinner: Gammon steak with egg and salad cream (1.5 syns)

Day 92 - 18/06 - GREEN day (time for a bit of a shake-up!)

Breakfast: Boiled eggs and Ryvita (Hex B) and Marmite, coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: A/H mushroom couscous (1 syn) and mixed mushrooms, blueberries, Hifi (Hex B)

Dinner: Quorn chicken pieces, sweetcorn pasta (1 syn - Kraft L/F Caesar dressing), rice salad, cajun sweet potato wedges, kidney bean houmous and salad. 3 x Light Babybels (Hex A). Meringue nest (3.5 syns), Quark and M&S lemon sauce 1 tbsp (3 syns).

Day 91 - RED (all the way, green doesn't suit me!)

Breakfast: Hifi (Hex B) and coffee (milk - Hex A)

Lunch: Scrambled eggs and bacon

Mid-afo: Banana

Dinner: SW KFC chicken with salad (Hex B and 3 syns). 2 x Vodka and Slimline Tonics (2 x 25ml shots of vodka - 5 syns)
 
Day 90 - RED day (Race for Life today!)

Breakfast: Porridge with raspberries, blackberries and blueberries and honey (2 x Hex Bs, 1 x Hex A and 2.5 syns), coffee (milk - Hex A)

Before RfL: Banana
After: RfL: Hidden Valley granola bar (11.5 syns)

Lunch: 2 x Ryvita (part of Hex Bs) with ham and cucumber, smidge of Hellmanns E/L mayo (0.5 syns)

Mid-afo: Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar (6 syns)

Dinner: Homemade beef burgers, cajun prawn kebabs and Morrisons sausages (1 syn each - need to double check) and salad

Lunch: Leftover cajun prawn kebab. 2 x slices of ham and sausages (2 syns) and 2 x tbsp ketchup (3 syns), berries and jelly (1 syn)

Mid-afo: Kelloggs bar (Hex B)

Dinner: Roasted shoulder of pork with roasted red onion, butternut squash, peppers and mushrooms. Diet Coke. Bottle of beer (need to check syns)
