Friday 25th Feb - Flexi Syn day

Breakfast: Mullerlight, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries

Slice of coffee cake (shared with Mum!)

Lunch: Chicken, tomato and beetroot sandwich (1 syn mayo)

Chicken and turkey slices

Dinner: Night-in with friends - wine and take-away

Saturday 26th Feb - RED day

Flexi-synned yesterday as planned - had a lovely evening!

Pickled onions, gherkins. Mullerlight.

Dinner: Leftover roasted med veg and turkey breast slices

Dinner: Homemade chicken and mushroom pie (OH asked for it, and even if I do say so myself, it was delicious - but synful!), a bag of Mini Eggs (25 syns - eek) and 2 glasses white wine (15 syns)

Hey hun, thanks for popping by! Yes, I think I probably am having enough syns, between 10 and 15 on average a day I think, but will look back! xxx

Dinner: Chicken breast slices. Pork shoulder steak with roasted BNS, red pepper, courgettes and mushrooms. Mini eggs (25 syns - all gone now!) White wine (15 syns).
