Just wanted to share my latest Blood Sugars.
My previous diet gave me results of 9's and 10's when i would do my blood. Sometimes as high as 18.
5 days into LT and they now read as 6.8 which is the first time under 7 since i was diagnosed 6 years ago. Im extremely chuffed with this.
According to my own scales i have also lost 1 Stone in weight aswell. Proper weigh-in on Tuesday but to say im over the moon is an understatement.
Just wish i found this sooner.
ps, im typing this as my family are sat eating their evening meal. Sure im hungry but the good far outweighs that.
