Diary of a boredom eater....this is my story.

I'm changing the way I'm doing this . I'm gonna do 1 shake & one low carb meal per day! Can't do this no eating anymore. It's horrible & I feel run down too.. Xxxx
 
See I think that at least 1 shake and a healthy meal might be better cause it will satisfy that feeling that you need & want to eat. But still lose weight. See after only shakes for 3 weeks, see when I ate again , my throat and gums were so sore. Really can't be good for you just doing the shakes xxxx
 
Don't think your failing if you need a meal at night. As long as your keeping calories down & keep away from bread lol
