Diary of a food addict

I didn't eat all day today either, just had my meals this evening so defo in keto and water going well.

Can't wait to see this weight start moving south...

Water 6 litres
Porridge x 2
Chocolate bar

Psychological hunger still strong!! Did miss food this evening but not cause hungry... just felt like proper food... but speed of the losse on here will keep me going xx
 
Today has started tough.... drinking water but I'm feeling like I need to chew food...

Not craving carbs ... but am wanting food, like chicken... just something to chew.


Really need to find this.... as otherwise the weekend will be hard

Well done you are doing so well. I have joined SW this week hope I can keep to plan and remain focused.
