Diary of a food addict

Well day 1 almost over

Water drunk 6 litres

Had a chocolate bar at 3.30
Had porridge at 5.30
And sweet and sour noddles at 8pm

Just did a 30 min walk...

Have had a bit of a headache today but tried to drink more water to counter it.

Feel fresh after the walk.

Day 1 ticked off !!!
Day 2 almost done

Water 6 litres
Peanut butter chocolate
Mexican rice - not sure if I liked this or not

Hunger pranks started this evening... so gone in bath and have early night.

Physiological hunger also was a challenge today. Normally if I go in kitchen I will pick has to resist today.
Thanks ... definitely sticking with it... I need to... last chance saloon for me...

Need to remember the mind is strong and deal with psychological hunger.

Drunk 2 litres of water already so that's going well.

All I keep thinking about the numbers people are losing quickly on here. I wanna hit my first 28lb/2 stone lost.

Hoping for 4 stone before Xmas
I so agree with that... and you are an inspiration... when I will struggle I will come on here and check out how well you doing and that will make me focused again...

Good thing on this diet is you can't cheat... as if you cheat that's a whole week wasted xx

First signs of keto

Been relatively easy so far touch wood

Drinks plenty of water - will be up to 6 litres before I go to sleep.

Still dealing with psychological hunger, but was strong today.

Just thinking about the weight loss and how I wanna move down the stones.

Yea I think I'll start the fat burning today, as I'm defo in keto now... no hunger apart from the psychological hunger of eating.

Drinking plenty.

Weigh in will be Monday morning, that will be a full week on it. I don't want to sneak a preview as I want a 10lb plus loss this week to give me that kick up the backside.

After the first week I'll try and do it once a week but may start to weigh in bi weekly.

Good luck with your first weigh in. I have my second weigh in on Sunday, not hungry at all now, in fact today I forgot to have my first sachet today. Keep going to everyone on this journey, as we are all doing it for a very good reason.
