Hey well done 3lb loss is still good! Better than a gain or STS well done n keep up the good work !! It's good n motivating xxx

Thanks Shini x

Soooo, the day of the wedding has arrived.

Arrived at Mums last night and had lovely salad with two bits of French bread (heaven) and a couple of After Eight mints instead of Key Lime Pie for pudding.

Trying to pluck up the courage to ask the hotel for a salad as the veggie choice (friend didn't know what it would be) is usually something pasta or rice based.

Just had my Exante porridge for breakfast and off to get the war paint on! X

Huge congratulations on a 3lb loss- fantastic news!! It sounds like you are making great choices too and are certainly flying the exante flag this weekend. Well done you missy- hope you have a great weekend xx

Thanks ladies. Getting a bitty excited this end. Miserable day here so wedding will not be outside as planned, but will not spoil such a special day. X

Had to share this from last night.............

My sister arrived at my Mums for tea last night clutching her handbag - to reveal two wee tins of gin and tonic! Apart from a glass of wine on valentines day I haven't had a drink since starting Exante on 4 January (this fact amazes friends and family more than me having three dust packs a day- I wonder why?!).

So after tea I put on my dress to show my sister as she would not see me today, and we had a G&T each. I had two sips out of it only for my Mum to knock the remains all over the table. Obviously meant to stay t-total for ever!!!

Well, thought I would be brave and attach a photo of me dolled up for the wedding. Still got a long road ahead of me weight wise, but feel fab, and having a lovely day at the wedding of one of my oldest and closest friends.

Xx

Absolutely gorguz, love the dress n colour really suites u !! X

You look amazing! Well done :) you're an inspiration xxxx

Thanks you ladies!

Well decided not to come of the wagon for the wedding yesterday. Instead I had relaxed WS days on Friday and Saturday.

Had my porridge and shakes yesterday. Two small chicken rolls before the service as I really fancied a glass of wine. Had a glass after the service and then another one with my meal. Asked for a tuna salad which I got. Hubby got my chicken liver page and oatcake starter, and my huge chocolate profiteroles.............although I admit to having two, leaving three for him.

The evening buffet was fish n chips of stories and oatcakes. I body swerved that side of the table and had a couple of coffees and tasted the wedding cake which was beautiful but I found it very heavy and sweet so couldn't finish it!

Noticed that my food choices/cravings are definitely changing. Very aware now of how loaded cakes and sweet stuff is with fat and calories so tending to want protein based stuff. I have been a fish eating vegetarian for over 25 years. I am not eating chicken again!

Really hoping to reach my seven stone mark for my per holiday weigh in on Wednesday so fingers crossed. Xx

Oh thank you Dawny!

Well just been to the gym. Walked over 3k and swam 20 lengths in the pool. Don't think I have the strength to climb the stairs to bed!

This is day 111 on TS and I cant quite work out how I am still here and done so well. Totally stressing about coming of Exante for my holidays so suspect a few packs might find their way into my case. Hopefully once I wean myself off and stick to low carb with a few cocktails I will relax.

Right off to have a vanilla latte. :)

Annie, you are doing brilliantly :D

You look beautiful in your photo!

Well done for making good food choices at the wedding - this is not just about losing weight, but changing our thinking. You certainly have that cracked!

Go girl, and I know you will look amazing for your holiday! :)

Oh thank you Darcy. Yes, have to admit my reactions to food have totally changed so hope that lasts for the holiday!

I'm not at the excited stage holiday wise yet, as I am totally stressing about coming off Exante! Might relax more once I finish work tomorrow night! :)

Morning! Well..... Does anyone know how difficult to update your diary while dancing round the bedroom??!

Final weigh in for couple of weeks. My goal was 4lbs........ Stood on the scales this morning and I have lost a whole 5lbs!!

So in total I have lost 7stone and 1llbs.

I'm not daft, I know I have a long road ahead of me and this road will have a bit of a detour with going abroad this weekend, but life is for living and I canny be a recluse for ever.

Ooh well chuffed. Off to Edinburgh for a bit of shipping and a show.

Xx

Oh thanks you Shoobedoo.

Admit that although reseeding for my holiday I had a velvete cupcake ok the Chocolate a lounge in Harvey Nics! We went to see Chicago. it was amazing. We were right down the front and sung along to every song!

From a size 32 for many years I am now a 24/26 on top and a 28 bottom. However bought a pair of New Look 24 trousers (elasticated!) and just chuffed to bits.

Stick at it and will catch up will your lose when I'm back x

Right, cases pack, nails done, tickets printing as I type.

Packing was a bit of a nightmare, are although I bought new stuff, somehow my brain told me that my sundresses would be fine................there aren't - they are huge! Got enough sorted now though for my two weeks in the sun.

Struggling with eating normally as a small sandwich leaves me full. Which is good as planning on avoiding bread while away, just wanting some carbs in me so I can have a glass on wine with my tea tonight to start my holiday!

Thanks to every one who have encouraged and support me over the hast 16 weeks. Catch up with you all on 13 May! Xx xx
