Aye our school pool is only 20m as well sadly, there's a school close to my house that has a lovely big 25m pool but the opening times are odd and it's usually full of kids. At least if I use the work pool it's only me and a couple of other members of staff.:cool:

Not a very long time, I have a lot of pets and worry about the welfare of farmed animals along with the environmental impact of the meat industry. Last year we adopted 3 chickens which were taken from a battery farm and would otherwise have wound up sold to a butchers for the costly sum of 11p each. Given how affectionate and clever they are I had to give up eating meat soon afterwards though I've had periods of veggie months/years before now.

Today I've decided to make a few changes to my plan, I'm getting fed up keeping tabs on everything I eat so from now on I'm only going to continue recording week days. I'm also going to further limit my treats to 4 a week and to weekends only.

Monday Week 9 day 1
