Forgot to post as well my loss for last month which was a measly 3lb. At the same time though I am definitely building muscle as well as shedding fat so I'm going to go by clothes size rather than weight I think. I got some bathroom scales that tell you what % body fat you have so that will hopefully be a better indicator.

In a lot of pain today so struggled to do my lengths in the pool, in addition to my jaw grating like nothing on earth I seem to have twanged my left hamstring and my left arm hurts. I have no idea what on earth I've done to myself.

On a more cheerful note I am pleased with my discovery of really nice vegan desserts in different flavours. I've also realised that I've had a completely vegan day and I still have two treats left for the weekend.

Looking great, you've had a really good week! Definitely go by clothes size :) Weight fluctuates, I tend to go by the best of the last two days (unless I've been bad!)

I love swming too and have just returned to the pool after not going all summer. I have a yearly membership. I aqua jog too which I find great.
Why does there have to be two in the pool, surely someone has to be first? I had our pool toydelf yesterday, bliss.
We have animals too, but not as exotic as yours, 1 husky, 2 cats, 2 kittens, 5 hens and one duck...and I can confirm that ducks are much much messier than hens
 
I've not abandoned my diary but myself and my fiance are off on holiday this week so we're out and about a lot and I've not been finding the time to update.
