Hey all

I am officially back on it....promise!

Really havent been great recently and let everything get on top of me :cry: but i have been to see a private person who is a person who offers alternitive therapy...ie no drugs (anti depressants that type of thing) and uses a bit of hypnotherapy as well among some other weird and wonderful things haha.

So i actually started monday so will post Monday, then yesterday's food and then today's food so far...

OK been AWOL but had good reason too be....just been blessed on Friday 12th July with another beautiful girl Rosie Jayne :) however here's where the hard work starts all over again, haven't dieted as much for years as been maintaining so going to be a challenge to the will power to stay on track. Weighed myself the day after and lost 13lbs so still have another 2stone to loose.....how the hell is that possible??

Its easy to ignore weight gain during pregnancy however didn't think it was that much but Rosie wasn't in my bum or thighs so I have no excuse :)

Going to try and start back...well have had a sw breakfast today (porridge and strawberries) but I am not sure how far I will get with all the aches and pains of after birth and my milk has just come in so I am swollen and sore :'( not a good way to be motivated really and obviously I can't exercise for 6 weeks
 
Ok so i didn't stick to plan after that last msg....was a bit adventurous with Rosie only being a few days old ;-) good news is i weighed myself 9 days after birth and lost a whooping 22lbs leaving me just over a stone too loose.

I have officially been back on plan since Monday Yey doing EE days. Todays menu is:
