You seem to be doing brilliant ! I love the chicken & veg thrown in bag , if you use your own spices and thrown on a oven bag , wouldn't that be sun free ? Good luck for weigh in, you have done great :)

TGI fridays :( its my goddaughters 2nd birthday so we went out for a treat, iv not had a night off plan in 3 weeks so i really wanted to enjoy myself!

Half jd chicken strips an 2 potato skins 4 starters
Chicken finger blt for main - southern fried chicken fillets on white ciabatta!! Only had 1/2 tho cos i was too full up after having chipd with it, real chips!!!! Tbh tho i prefer the sw chips!

Birthday cake for pudding :( but i did have 4 diet cokes rather than wine :) haha

Going to have a half green half siccess express day today!! Lots an lots of superspeed to try an compensate for lastnight :(

Breakfast 1/2 melon

Lunch 3/4 batchelors rice, 1 pepper 3 mushrooms all mixed in, with loads of cucumber and 1 tomato.

Tea will be home made burgers using 95g xtra lean mince, if anyones got any tips on the burgers pls share iv never made the before

95g extra lean mince homemade burgers- with onion an garlic salt an pepper.
heX cheese
Onions an mushrooms on top
Fried egg
Hexb bread
SW chips
And salad!!!

Best meal iv had!!!! Only ate half was sooo stuffed!!!

Iv been very quiet over the last 2days but iv been soo busy, i have stuck to plan 100%though just thought id let u all know.

Tea- chicken pasta bake with cheese, made with tinned tomatos, passata onions garlic mushrooms and peppers suppperrr speeedy!!!! :) :)

I need to eat more tomorrow! Just so busy atm with my lil business iv started x

So iv eaten more today as promised :)

Breakfast- philidelphia light on 2x 400g hm toast

2x tangerines

Lunch- chicken batchelors rice with added mushrooms,peppers,cucumber and tomato

Todays diary! I really need to find more time to write in this, i look at others everyday! But never do mind can someone remind me plzzz.

Breakfast- 2x alpen lights and some cherries
Lunch- mad mad day had to take my baby for his 2nd lot of injections :( had a mad rush and only had a mugshot for lunch! Again! :(

Then went food shopping and came home starving!! I was going straight to swimming so i quickly had 1x 400g piece of toast with phililight and...... A choc hobnob!!! I believe it was 5syns for 1 biscuit! I dont care tho it was yummy an i needed it! Unsure what my 1 piece of toast was because iv already had my HEX. I had a little bit of phili on t an a cup of tea this morning so wil count a bit of both as my other HeX

So then i went and did 1 hr swimming, about 3 lengtha unsure how many as i chatted to my friend the whole time which im sure burns more cals cos i was so out of breath!!!

Came home hubby had tidied up, put 2 lots of washing away, bathed the baby and made our tea!

Tea- batchelors chicken rice, chicken, peppers onions and mushrooms with paprika and tomato puree as a seasoning, he had wraps i never :) could of if i didnt have the hobnob.

Weigh in tomorrow probably lose another 1 pound, but seeing tho my initial target for 12 weeks was 1 stone and that would of took me to 9.5 iv already lost half a stone in 3weeks so a pound a week for the other 9 il b more than happy with :)
