I was going to suggest having some fruit but you don't want to aggravate that tummy any more! Feel better soon! :)
 
Tummy ache is due to TOTM - always get crippling period pain before my period - in fine when it comes. I have no more fruit in the house until i o shopping tomorrow but eaten loads of it today....resisted all other food so time and bed soon so should be ok now

Plan for today

B - cereal and milk - 4pp
L - ryvitas and cheese triangles - 3pp
D - frozen roast dinner with added veg - 7pp

Snacks - Ww cheese bites - 2, Ww mini roll - 2, Ww cookies - 2, Ww chocolate and vanilla biscuit - 2pp

Leaves 7pp. Thinking a double decker as the chocolate craving is bad today leaving 1pp for a twister after dinner!
 
That's what I always do for TOTM and hungover days! Just have lots of soup etc... and LOTS of snacks! :)
It's a great way of staying on track.
 
Oh the choc Was lovely just what I needed and cured the craving and well the news this is the best I have heard in a while. She seems ok about it and realises that it's a destructive relationship
