i write one of these religiously and last night gave mine to my consultant to look over to see if she can find out what i am doing wrong( personally i think her scales are up the left as every week they can be 1-5 pound heavier than mine ) am thinkinfg of going to class and getting weighed but taking my offical weight as being what i am on my own scales as they stay in the same place and are not moved around from class to class .what does everyone else think?

In my opinion, it doesnt matter what scales you use, as long as you take that as your weight and not what ever scales weigh you lighter lol.
I weigh at home every Friday morning and then weigh at work every friday afternoon with the girls there but I always take my weight at as my home scales and not the work ones.

SW scales cost £450! They are regularly checked to make sure they're accurate. Throw yours away and just use theirs!
