Hi guys another weigh in and 2 & 3/4lbs lost boy did l suffer this weekend my little boy had his first birthday yesterday so had the family over for party food and a fresh cream cake:argh: it was torture, but l was a very good girl hope everyone one else had a great weekend

Hi,

Well done for not giving in to temptation, I suffered too yesterday as had to cook for visiting family and there were fruit tarts, chocolate eclairs, apple tarts, custard and loads of yummy easter eggs.

Isn't it a good feeling when you get to the end of the day and feel proud of yourself for resisting the temptation.
