Did i do frankie and bennys syn free?

    Just been to frankie and bennys and ordered a mushroom and onion omelette cooked with less oil and a jacket potato without butter- haven't had and healthy extras today so am I right in saying it's syn free? (hopes!!)

    Im scared about getting jacket potatoes at some places now as i was told weatherspoons kept them warm then deep fried them :O !?!

    Nothing in wetherspoons is fresh! I'm looking at it as the energy I spent going up and down the shops today will make up for any hidden syns lol!

    Doubt it - I shouldnt think they cook in extra virgin oil and ordinary oil is not a HEB

    My 1st cons said the same actually. Why on earth would u want to deep fry an entire potato? That's just. Weird!

    Don't understand why wetherspoons meals with jackets instead of chips are so high in syns if they don't deep fry the JPs though! It's bizarre! :-/
