Diet chef: anybody out there??

Hi all,

Not too much action going on in this forum but just wanted to say hi!

My 1 week trial box arrive yesterday and I started today!

So far had granola (which was a small portion but actually filling and v tasty) and half a bag of maple popcorn for 11's with a cup of tea. I didn't have much milk on cereal so have a fair bit left for drinks-excellent!

I have the 1200 plan and need to make it up to around 1500 with extras which is great!



Today's menu:

Pecan granola

Maple popcorn

Tomato pasta salad (hot) with small side salad-lettuce, cucumber, tomato

1 peach

Chicken korma with a diet chef portion of rice (I picked this to see the size) - might add veg to this need to look at calories properly

1 small banana

I need to work out what else I can have-so may have something extra too!!

Is it ok to sub in 100 cal snacks that I my have around the house?

I guess as long as I'm not over 1500 then I'm good?

Hopefully people will be able to shed some light on this!

Hi, I started DC 4 days ago - so far so good! I think that as long as you stay within your target it doesn't matter what you add in :eek:
 
Hi! I've been very lax this last month - what with school holidays/being away etc...but am getting a ittle out of control, so back to it today. Everything you're doing sounds great and I do believe as long as you don't go over your cals - you can use anything.
