Have you tried the sticky chicken its delicious with rice.

3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 syns on red and ee

Mix and marinade chicken. I cook in the oven its really nice.

I am definately going to try this - it sounds absolutely fab. I have got a recipe in the slow cooker for gammon in coke, but anything that gives a nice sticky coating to food is good in my books

I made diet coke turkey tonight. It was OK. I won't be rushing to make it again but it was filling and everyone ate it all. Just a bit weird.
