I've used asda's diet cola to make it and it was fine.

Hmm. I am doing this at the mo and have used two litres of coke. Been boiling for 40 mins. Any idea on how long it will take?

2 Litres?? a week maybe lol I dont even use a whole can that takes around 20 mins

Well I only got the cheap coke and had the other bits in the cupboard. I am now doing a chicken curry.

If you make too much sauce, as we did, chill it, and it makes a great stir fry sauce the next day...

you have to keep it simmering, eventually it goes into a sticky mess. if its too runny your not keeping it on the heat for long enough!xx

Depends on my mood, SW chips, jacket spud, couscous all with a big salad sometimes just the salad alone is all I fancy

A lady in my group said she did the diet coke chicken using diet cherry coke and she said it was lovely. I've never tried it though
