difference between biggest loser snack bars and mrp

for weight loss wise and staying in ketosis are they fine for a one off... my shops never stock the mrp anymore which is annoying...

The BL bars aren't exactly the same as exante and the snack ones are less cals and even more of a difference nutritionally
