Re Pet insurance - my mum got a good quote from The AA believe it or not - albeing for a cat. It was very reasonable. Don't know what they'd be like for dogs though.

Pet insurance wise I would recommend Pet Plan, although they are prob one of the most expensive they pay out well and quickly - are very good. I wouldn't recommend E&L they are useless!! And always go for a life time cover, so they will insure that one condition for her whole life, also, unlike car insurance its ood to stick with the one company for life, as if you changed insurance company after claiming for a condition with your previous company the new company wouldn't cover it.

Definately agree with you on the lifetime cover. I'll have a look at the pet plan cover too. Tbh I've been looking for ages but its totally overwhelming! Even using the price comparison sites is doing my head in! And I would much prefer to go on recommendation. I'm going to look at all the companies that have been mentioned here and see if I can get some quotes. I'll keep you posted x
I really should be getting to sleep as its nearly 1am and I have to be up for work in 5 1/2 hours but its normally a good time to come on here and have a catch up!

I have a few more in the wardrobe that I bought at the same time, but they're a tad shorter. I bought them from matalans online sale and couldn't really see what they were like! But they're so pretty...and so CHEAP lol...that there was no way I was going to send them back! So I just have to slim into them!

I agree, Sue. I go AWOL for a couple of days, and it takes me six months to catch up on just this one diary!

You do NOT, repeat NOT, need to wear leggings with that dress.
I will consider that you've reneged on your birthday promise if you only wear the dress with leggings. Cos that would make it a top. Not a dress. And would therefore be CHEATING.

Good luck with searching for the right Pet Insurance!
Initially Bertie was insured with Healthy pets, but on renewal the premium doubled, and we had made no claims etc. so switched to M & S, which was about £13 a month but on renewal it has gone up to about £17 a month, again with no claims made.

Be very careful. M& S for example do a good deal first year and then they bump it up big time the next etc etc and some excesses are huge

She must have been feeling poorly or something Mind you, she did turn up at my office with her own tea bags today...and that was very nice of her too Now I'm getting worried!!!Oh and little Suki has never been left alone yet, so we're not too sure of how she'll be.
