Disappointing Loss

Ladies i think our bodies are a wonder!!
I also stuck to plan completely this week and ate loads of superfree and lost 1lb.
At the time I also was a little disheartened but i think this was because i have had weeks where i have not been as good and had better losses.

But after i have had time to reflect and also to have a scout about on here, i feel a pound is a loss and if i can lose a pound every week and still eat lovely food, get better looking skin, feel more energetic then thats fine by me.

We just need to keep at it and 1lb a week till easter will be 12lbs, thats 2lb off a stone.
 
One thing we are all forgetting. We are here to lose weight. How do we know you wouldn't have gained 2lbs had you not been eating healthily. You may have last the equivalent of 3 pounds !!
