Well I did it. Completed a 100% week! I even managed to include wine a picnic and some other treats and I still managed it. ?

Missed breakfast today as was in a rush to get out, we were spending the day at a local farm/adventure park with our son and my mum as a late mothers day trip so has to get out early!

Aw thank you :) I love latte's I have a coffee machine so I have the skinny ones. I have to have on everyday otherwise I can't function :-D xx

Well I'm back!! Ita been a long time coming! Some may remember I was here in the earlier part of the year to loose weight for our wedding in may! Well the wedding has been and gone and I managed to loose 5 stone!!!! Just in time to get in to my gorgeous dress that was made 4 sizes smaller after losing all the weight :-D we had an amazing day and all the hard work was more than worth it :) but now I'm back I've been back on the DP ww for a few weeks now. With the aim to get back into shape for our honeymoon to Cyprus at the beginning of November I also have the aim to be a size 18 possibly a 16 for my birthday in December so I've got to get back on it good (excluding the week for the honeymoon) so back to tracking! Wish me luck!

Another few days off the wagon!! Getting annoyed why can't I just stick to it :-( I have to loose some serious weight I lost it all for wedding and it's already creeping back on!! I'm gutted! :-( gonna weigh myself tomorrow as haven't done that since the wedding and Tuesday can be my new weight in day!! Need to start back with the exercise too!! Anyway today is a 100% day! I defo need to get my diary back up to scratch so will start today!

Been back on WW now for 3 weeks started at 18st 3lbs. 1st week was good had a loss of 3lbs. But 2nd week was a bit of a nightmare and has a laps so put on a lbs :-( so back on it this week. Weigh in day is Thursday so hoping for a loss this week! And just got myself a treadmill so hoping I can burn some fat that way quite looking forward to it! :)

Food looks good...my kinda food!

Good luck with the treadmill... Id love to be able to exercise more... Ivy got a cross trainer but can only do a couple of.mins and then im buggered for two days lol
