Ok so I've decided I'm going to do a diary on here and hoping it's going to help as if it would going to a meeting....I already do a diary at home but feel like I need a bit of pressure if I know people can read why I'm up to I might be more inclined to stick to the diet rather than cheat a bit (that's if people are interested in little old me) so...

Attempted a mushroom curry at lunch....tasted rank lol so threw that away!

Dinner

Was so yummy will be investing in more! :)

Wine - 7.5 (oops drank the bottle got the stress out though)

Ok so went over by 1.5 as had the frazzled after my wine but this isn't bad a usually I have a massive craving for food after wine and each myself out of house and home so stopping at frazzles was a good call.

So today wasn't to bad I've been doing WW now for a while since jan and i was 1.5 points under yesterday so that has cancelled out today's over pointing.

Let's hope I can carry on. So far since jan I have lost a stone through the diet and the 30 day shred. Just need to find the energy and time (as only 2 months to my wedding) to start it up again!

Well today was always going to be a tricky day. Had an appointment this morning to get suits sorted for the wedding so had an early start. Then we had an app to pick up bridesmaids dresses so kinda missed lunch to. Then finally finished the day with a meal at Toby carvery as it was my mother in laws bday. So points today a hit all over the place. But it's once day and we haven't had a meal out in ages so back on the wagon tomorrow

Another busy day today had to go and get some wedding rings sorted after a massive nightmare with the first ones :-( but we managed to find a new perfect set of rings that we are in love with so all is not lost

Good day food wise was quite busy so didn't manage to sit and each lunch so had to grab a sandwich but still managed to stay in points. Dinner was lush too just gotta love iceland.

Also WEIGHT LOSS - 2lbs

Bringing my weight loss since start of ww 2 years ago to 3stone. I had a 10 month gap in tue 2 years when I completly fell off the wagon so really it's just over an year of ridged ww :) so chuffed xx

So on to another day!! Pancake day infact! I havent had pancakes in years!! So I made sure I had some today! Although had a complete sugar rush as haven't had sugar in months now been using sweetener!

Meals were so scrummy! The C.O.U meal was amazing very filling an alot for the points (I doubled checked points 3 times lol) an it didn't taste low fat at all. Must invest in some more C.O.U meals there 2 for £5 at the mo! Yummy!!

Oh my this weekend was horrendous. My little boy was rushed in to hospital so eating well went out the window!! Back on it today though. Also managed to WI today and lost 2lbs :-D not bad for a crap weekend!

Hi, So sorry to read that your little boy had to be taken to hospital. What was wrong and is he okay now?
Good that you have started your own diary but it would be nice if you were to let us know a bit more about yourself and fill in some more of your profile details. That way we can see how you are getting on and we can follow your progress better.

Thanks for reading. He managed to swallow some healing balm and it had a huge effect on him. But he's on the mend
now.
When I get to a computer I will update profile as use the iPhone app and can't do it on there. :) xx

Back to today! Still feeling unwell :-( dizziness and feel a little sick unsure why :-s might have to go to doctors if all carries on.

Well today was a toughie really struggled to control my hunger :-( I think my breakfast isn't filling enough now I'm used to having it (never a morning eater) I think I need to change it to something more filling?! But what if I want to avoid carbs :-( need to do some trial and error :)
