Thanks for the advice about the scales girls, just had second weigh in and the pharmacy scales say I've lost 11 pounds, my home scales say I've lost a stone. The pharmacist says this is cos his scales are on a thick carpet (apparently that can make a difference) and when I weigh myself at home I have no clothes on and clothes can weigh a few pounds. I've also gone down a dress size already so it's true that you can lose inches even when you haven't lost much weight
