Disproportionate weightloss

I think you need to go for resistance exercises and core workouts.

I have a friend who lost loads of weight but nothing of her stomach. Her doctor told her that she'd never lose her stomach unless she strengthened her core.

So maybe that's what you need to do. Situps, crunches, planks etc to tone your mid section. A lot of the exercises are good for fat burning and boosting metabolism but you'll also strengthen your ab muscles. Muscles burn more calories simply by being there so it might be that if you strengthen your core, when you do cardio/eat well the fat will start to drop from your stomach.

If you get ready to do an short ab workout (loads on Youtube) and then think you can't be arsed or that it won't work think about your fat stomach and your skinny feet.
