Hi guys.My first week is over and I feel really deflated and confused as I weigh myself on a Monday after work and I weighed myself today to find I had only lost 3lbs
but wait this is the weird thing....I coudnt resist on Sunday I weighed myself and it showed I had lost 7lbs I stepped on and off to make sure this was no error..How could I have put on that weight over night?I have been so so so good I just cant quiet believe it and feel a bit annoyed to be honest.I need some advice and words of wisdom!
