    I made a very poor start to the week and weighed in today tom today also just over a pound heavier. I only managed 2 days on track. So here's to a new week... Ive promised myself 1 hour a night on my exercise bike to see if I can make a dint ....

    Aww AF has a lot to answer for! don't feel bad if you're only up one lb you likely have lost, just AF has counter balanced it. ((Hugs)) stay strong and you'll see a good loss next week I'm sure!

    Calorie counting
    Have a think how much you usually put on with TOTM..if its 3lb minimum usually you are already 2lbs down...now think how much more that could be if you had seven 100% days. Use that as your incentive for the next week

    Thank you everyone for tour support. I've stupidly gas an off day, back to it now, im just feeling so fed up!!

    everyone has off days. you can have a break every now and then or you get fed up
