Anyone else suffer? I did LL 5 years ago and had to give up because of the dizziness and was hoping that as I'm on 4 food packs on CD (5ft8") that it wouldn't happen and yet here I am sitting down feeling the world spinning.

I'm hoping that it will pass as I'm still not well but I'm worried that it won't.

Could you do SS+ or 810 instead? That may help.

Yep, week 13 for me and I am still dizzy especially when I stand from sitting, I just keep on going knowing that it's a temporary thing.

I wouldnt call 13 weeks of dizziness 'temporary', and when you get it standing from sitting, thats an indicator your BP isnt right.
Hope you dont mind me posting, but that would be quite worrying for me, and just concerned for you.

Sorry to hear you are feeling dizzy - it's a horrible experience.

I haven't (thankfully) had it on CD yet, but I do have to take my time in getting up in the morning because I can get quite light headed. I find I'm a bit of a zombie first thing too, until I have had my 1st shake - then I can focus.

I hope it gets better soon hun.

    Big Hugs x x x

See your GP and get him to check your blood pressure I would suggest. As someone above said, is a sign of low BP.

It does sound like a sign of low blood pressure, go and see your GP or if you can get an appointment go to your local chemist (Lloyds/Boots) they some times offer a free BP check service.
