Dizzy!?

Hi

I started CD SS on 30/09/2008, and over the last few days i have been experiencing dizziness, and almost blacking out. I was just wondering if anybody else had experienced something similar.

Also today, my vision is slightly blurry. I wonder if i should have a couple of days off the diet? what do you think?

Not sure what the answer is but have you been doing too much and have you been drinking enough water? It could be a bug. Hope you feel better soon

I got light headed on ss.drinking more water helped but moving to ss+ sorted it out.

hi, when i was on cd it was just the 1st few days i felt very light headed and that but it passed

Hi. I was lightheaded and dizzy on SS. It lasted longer than it should (2 weeks) so my CDC told me to go up to SS+. Sorted it out straight away. I'd suggest talking to your CDC.

Thank you everyone, i've just read the side-effects and apparently dizziness is caused by dehydration.... baffles me a bit because i drink more than 4L a day easily.

Maybe i need to start having my shake a bit earlier, because it seems to be happening during the school run.
