    i went shopping last week and picked up 4 bags of 5 kg rice i tryed to hold them all and omg they was so so so heavy i could not have carryed them all ........ well my point being thats what i have lost of my body weight 20 kg i dont feel i look that much different but when i felt the weight of the rice i was gobsmacked and very relieved to put them back down .........give it a go it will make you feel so good what ever you have lost :)

    i look at it packs of butter...i lst 5lb in 4 days, thats 10 pack of butter - yuk!
    well done everyone,we could open a chippy at this rate! xx

    Thanks for the tip! I will deffo try it! Either with rice bags or bottle of water.

    I don't even know how many kilos I have lost. I prefer lb as a bigger number makes me happier :rolleyes:

    you have lost well over 20 kg i no that much cuz ive lost about 52 pounds and thats kinda 22 kg
