Hey, I take a multivitamin and mineral supplement and an omega 3,6, and 9 supplement. It is recommended you take them but it's down to you if you want to, I'm on day 6 and started on day 1 x
I'm on Multivitamin with added iron as I'm prone to anemia and I'm also taking an Omega 3 suppository (just call it that cos it looks like one lol) and I've felt better than I have in ages.
