Natalie, I hope you start going out again very soon and stop dreading it when you do go out, its no good for you. Start by making an effort - I know it's hard especially if you're not going anywhere and time wise etc, but once you begin to feel better about yourself, you'll want to go out more and socialise. I know the summer is hard, we all struggle, hate to say it though, we just gotta get on with it! Sorry if that's a bit blunt, but I hate the thought of you sat at home not wanting to go anywhere...Go out and make the effort - you'll be pleased once you've done it.
