I personally don't point any of them because I don't use that much of them. Think soy sauce is pointed over a tablespoon (as 1pp for 1 tbsp). I know 4 sprays of fry light is 0pp but I use so much more, I should probably start pointing it.

I'm the same. Honestly I don't point any of those things. And I _think_ you can use 2tbsp of soya sauce before you start pointing them (yum). Hope that helps xx

Sorry you were right its 0pp for 1tbsp of soya sauce, dunno where I got the idea I could have 2 lol, think its chilli sauce I'm thinking of... :p x
