Do you set yourself weekly goals / targets?

I was thinking this might help me stay focused through the week. Maybe stick them on the fridge and tick them off each day. Something along the lines of ...

1) Drink more water each day
2) Walk at least 3 times this week
3) Try one new SW recipe this week
4) Complete food diary every day
5) Start online diary (or continue with blog) re. triggers, emotions, daily successes

Do you do anything similar?

No I don't do weekly targets but I can see they'd be really helpful actually... I've set myself some mini goals but that's not really the same as they are still way off in the future. Thanks for a great idea!

I don't so weekly tarets as such but I set myself realistic targets to achieve whem im ready - dont have to be done within week. as soon as possible b great though!

your weekly targets look great!
