do you think it matters what time of day you eat your points?

just wondering! have any of you had any experience of eating most of your points before 6pm and does it make a difference to your weightloss? are you more likely to gain or sts or loose just as normal.

not before 6pm, but at stopping eating at least 2.5hrs before bedtime yes.. i havent really tracked it as such, but the days i have eaten late and then gone straight to bed, i've been noticeably heavy feeling the next day xxx
 
From a weightloss perspective it doesn't make any difference at all. Not eating at night for weight loss is just a myth.

Of course, if you feel better not eating in the evening, then go for it :)
