do you think this is too much food for 1 day?

I am following green days, and in my 2nd week. Bit disapointed in my first week loss (but hey ho!)
this is my days meals for today - is it too much?

b- 2 weetabix(hex) and milk (hex)
snack - 1/2 cous cous cake
lunch - 85g gammon (hex) jacket potaot, loads of veg, gravy (1syn)
1 biscuit and flapjack homemade (4.5syns for both - very small!)
late pm other 1/2 cous cous cake, with apple and satsuma
tea - jacket potato, batchelors pasta n sauce and salad

milk (hex) for cups of tea
later - shape yogurt and banana

so I have had all my healthy extras plus loads of free food plus 5.5syns and did 30 mins running.. but still so unusre as not hungry!

I don't think it's too much but I'd be careful of how much couscous cake you're eating. Technically it's not a free food as you're using couscous to replace flour (in your book it says something like it's free unless you're using as flour replacement). If you're disappointed with your losses and eating quite a bit of couscous cake then reduce it and replace with proper 'superfree' foods (foods that are free on red and green) and see if that helps.

thanks, think your right, next weigh in not til sat so no more making cous cous cake and see if that helps, as if its in the cupboard it goes in my mouth!
