Green Day Does any one have a recipe for Bacon and Lentil Soup

Does anyone have a low syn recipe for Bacon and Lentil Soup, I've had a look thru the site to no avail.

The one I've come across is for EE which I don't follow, I'm a red/green day girl lol

You could adapt this recipe to SW.

The one I used to use on SW was

bag red split lentils
6 rashers of bacon cut into small pieces (all fat removed)
onions diced
carrots diced
potatoes diced
knorr vegetable stock pot x 2
salt and pepper

Just simmer the lot and keep topping water up until veggies cooked, serve chunky or blitz depending how you like it
