Ugly duckling going Swan.
I would like to eventually do some serious toning and I have seen P90X on the tv and have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, it looks like it does the trick and no gym involved but on the other hand it looks hard going plus I would think you need A LOT of room. Has anyone tried it?
