Exactly Giza but I was also interested for when I'm back in England for the week end of Feb. one suitcase for our clothes and one for S and S stuff! the Propel Zeros I bought here are delish but KD 1.800 ish for 10 sachets. Pretty expensive for water flavouring although does have added vits and mins! X

Just re read the label of the propel zeros and guess what they have in them - yep citric acid - well peeved off as I had just drank a load of water with it in - o well fingers crossed it hasn't bounced me out of ketosis - I drank it the other day about a day before you told me I had 'the breath' Giza, here's hoping!
