does it matter what you spend your points on?

Hi guys,

I have been doing a variety of diets including Cambridge and Atkins but I am now focused on Weightwatchers as it is the only healthy option I believe. My question is does it matter what you spend your points on? For example if I have white bread instead of brown does it make a difference? or if I choose to have a cupcake instead of lunch on a special day

No, most bread has the same points value but this can vary depending on thick/medium slices etc and the beauty of ww is that you can have a cupcake if you have the points for a special occaission, wether you save up some points for a treat or have it in place of a meal is up to you!!
