Does SS fruit

    Realllyyyy help with quicker loss

    Today ive had gratefruit, melon, strawberries all SS, ive had a big bowl full too

    So will this help, just in past ive eaten melon oranges bananas pears and didnt have if any a loss

    Is this the same for baked beans, mushy/garden peas too???

    i had 3 days off plan last week and made an effort to eat speed foods on mon tues and weds and managed to shift 4.5lbs.

    it definately helps.

    It does as the last time I did sw if I had a bad week the 2 days before wi I ate loads of melon & always had losses. Let us know how it goes x

    Speed and Superspeed foods are very low in calories so if you're filling up on those as opposed to bananas or mango for example then you're taking in less cals but you're satisfied - and the weight loss follows!!!!! xxx
