As far as I know it all counts towards your 3ltrs but I dont really measure how much water I have I know its more than 2.5lt so dont get too worried if i drink huge amounts, if i need it i have it, cant hurt to drink a lil bit more so drink 2.5ltr on top of coffee/tea if u want to. The minimum is more important than the max so just make sure u get 2.5lt of any fluid on top of shakes ) xx
