Does the temperature of your water make a difference?

    People say you should drink hot water in the morning, i was wondering if you guys have herd of this?

    I thought cold water was suppose to speed up the metabolism - prob another diet myth tho!

    You're meant to drink room temperature water...(which I prefer luckily) x

    healthy eating
    theres lots of different things out there. some say hot water in the morning others say a really quick glass of cold water to speed things up others say don't drink it to cold cause it gives your body to much of a shock.
    i think as long as you are drinking it have it how ever you can take it.

    l think it goes down easier at room temperture

    For me it has to be really cold. Otherwise I can't drink it!

    I much prefer it really cold, straight out of the fridge. I don't think I could drink it at room temp!

    Supposed to be room temperature, bit I prefer it cold and in a litre bottle.
