Don't be dis-heartened. Did you do a food diary for week one? If so, go back over that and try to emulate it again. Look at the differences between week one and week two to see where you may have slipped up a little. Could also be water weight, that can account for a couple of pounds. You also weighed in a day early, that would have made a difference. Keep calm and carry on.... :)

Thanks! I was using food diary online my 2nd week and to be honest i never filled it in correctly. I will try going over what I ate in week 1 again this week and see how I get on :D
