Doing something wrong

    Weighed in on Tuesday this week instead of a Wed. This is my 2nd week and after losing 5lb last week I gained 1.5lb this week! :cry:I walked loads and went swimming as well as sticking to the plan. I thought I was doing good. No takeaways and no alcohol!! :confused: Giving this diet 1 more week! :wave_cry:

    Don't be dis-heartened. Did you do a food diary for week one? If so, go back over that and try to emulate it again. Look at the differences between week one and week two to see where you may have slipped up a little. Could also be water weight, that can account for a couple of pounds. You also weighed in a day early, that would have made a difference. Keep calm and carry on.... :)

    Thanks! I was using food diary online my 2nd week and to be honest i never filled it in correctly. I will try going over what I ate in week 1 again this week and see how I get on :D
