No Laura, it was garlic chicken (so juicy sachet). I put peppers and red onion in a roasting dish, sprayed fry light and added smoked paprika, bit of chilli, soy sauce, balsamic, s&p, shook it all around. In the oven for 40mins, really scrummy!! I never use oil anymore, altho if hubby cooks he does!
Will do the pork and cider tomorrow, if I can get out to the shops as a whole load of more snow again :-(

Thanks everyone! Pasties turned out lovely! I used Quorn mince, mixed veg and a bit of gravy so it wasn't dry (so not many syns!) but I want to try the Cornish pasty mix that Rosielea mentioned as I was really proud of myself making them! Made up I can upload my creations now thanks guys for the help!
With the egg fried rice I just used soy sauce and mixed veg. I'm not sure if I used the dark soy or light soy but it was very tasty! With the s&p chicken I cheated a bit and used a s&p seasoning from the Chinese supermarket! I think it will be slightly synned but I never used any other syns that day so I'm assuming it wouldn't be anywhere near 15! Then I done a bit of makeway curry on the side which would be synned too but again not much!
Feel really content with my eating habits at the minute and love trying to make new things! Keep the ideas coming everyone!!x
Back again just before beddie-byes! Had spaghetti carbonara made with my syn free home made cream cheese. It was really nice. A bit garlic-y, but nice!
Having sausage n bean casserole tomorrow (wonder if hubby will notice ww sausages!) After Thursday, gotta start thinking about next week`s menu. Gonna have an options hot choccie and put the remainder of my milk allowance in it.
Need to be up fairly early tomorrow as I`m at the doctor`s tomorrow. Night-night!
Right I'm off to bed...wish me luck for my WI tomorro!!! X

Jen, dinner looks absolutely amazing! Is it the cider pork chops Charl said to do?? Might have to try it! Also, do you roast your veg in olive oil or frylight? I can never get mine to taste right without olive oil :\
Just got some fairy cakes in the oven which my book says are 4.5 syns each, yumMight go slightly over syns today and have two, but I've been under syns past few days so it's all relative! Oh my gosh, CAKE! Haha! Too excited...
Ooh well done for doing the 30DS Alycyn! I'm still too scared to try![]()

You know that Colmans instant gravy that's in a tube and comes out like tomato puree? Does anyone know how many syns would be in about a teaspoon of it?
